NHL: Martin Brodeur and the Most Postseason Shutouts by a Goalie
Posted by Vin Getz
We’re in the midst of the 2011-12 NHL postseason and Sports List of the Day has been running down some all-time playoff stats.
We looked at the greatest scorers in playoff history. We checked out all the 8-seed over 1-seed upsets. Hell, we broke down all Cup winners by seed.
We determined who the greatest postseason goalies are in terms of saves and save percentage.

Which goalies have just been utterly dominant in the postseason? Who has the most playoff lockdowns?
Martin Brodeur just broke Patrick Roy’s record on Thursday with a 4-0 Game 4 Devils win over the Nashville Predators. Brodeur now has 24 postseason shutouts.
Here are all the goalies with at least 10 shutouts in the postseason. Many of the usual suspects feature.
