NCAA Women’s Basketball Championship: Schools with the Most Titles
Posted by Vin Getz
The Baylor Lady Bears have won their second national championship, defeating the Notre Dame Fighting Irish 80-61 last night at the Pepsi Center in Colorado for the 2012 title.
They finished the season 40-0, the only NCAA basketball team to ever do so, men or women.
The Bears join five other teams with at least two titles.
Here are all the women’s national champions, led by Tennessee and UConn.
